History

Bill Ford was one of the many police officers that befriended Dragon during his time on the Chicago Police Department. Vic Nixon and he were best friends and partners, the two becoming almost constant companions. They often joked about women and were obsessed with Rita Medermade.

When CyberFace took control of the world and the police force became scattered, Bill Ford was one of the few officers to sign on to work for this new world order. The force eventually reformed and when Dragon returned as an officer, Bill Ford was one of the first to welcome him back. He was then killed along with all of his colleagues when the precinct was blown up by OverLord’s photon blast.
