History

Tierra Jones was a schoolmate of Angel Murphy and frequently hung out with her friend. On one occasion, Tierra was present when Angel’s friend Malcolm Dragon was playing basketball with a group of his friends. She realised that, despite him being a couple of years younger than her, she was attracted to him.

After Daredevil had been injured fighting Emperor Kurr, Angel spent a lot of time at Hillman Hospital by his bedside. Tierra went there looking for her but instead got talking to Malcolm and the pair were soon dating. Malcolm and Angel desired to return to Dimension-X in search of Angel’s alternate self that was under self-imposed exile there and Tierra wanted to accompany them. Such an expedition was considered far too dangerous by Malcolm, leading to an argument between the young couple.

Tierra and Malcolm’s relationship while having a few set backs is still on the upswing. While the two are spending time together Warren Terror attacks Malcolm. During the battle Macolm brutally murders Warren Terror on accident. This event leads Tierra to resconsider her relationship with Malcolm as she comes to realize that dating a super-hero is not exactly all that it’s cracked up to be and that she is putting her life in danger. After Malcolm takes down Head-Case he is greeted by Tierra who breaks up with him on the spot.

She is later seen visitng Malcolm in the hospital as well as celebrating Angel’s 18th birthday simultaneously. She is later seen by Maxine sneaking around a corner with Frank Jr. Frank Jr. reveals to Angel that he slept with Tierra during the invasion of the Tyrrus Combine and that Tierra is pregnant.She refuses to abort her baby after Frank tells her to do so and she then reveals how much she needs Frank Jr. Frank then proposes to her and the pair quickly get married. The two eventually have their child and decide to move back with Mildred Darling and Malcolm. While living with Malcolm, she soon finds herself at odds with him.

She later decides to divorce Frank Jr. and begins living with Maxine while Malcolm is lost. She is discovered taking a shower when Malcolm returns. She then engages in a foursome with Malcolm, Angel, and Maxine. She then tells Maxine she plans on stealing Malcolm before Maxine punches her in the head. She later confronts Malcolm and tells him she is pregnant presumably with his child. Malcolm tells her to get an abortion, but Tierra refuses. She then goes to the tabloids in order to expose her love affair with Malcolm, Maxine, and Angel. However, this turns on her as Willy Williams decide to not pay her for the info on getting Malcolm’s laptops for the sex tapes. However, when the laptops turn out be empty and Willy goes back to Tierra, she tells him she was lying and wasn’t pregnant.

It later turns out that she was indeed pregnant and her baby bursts out of her stomach killing her and dragging her body as it tries to leave the womb.
