History

Evil Eye was one of many Vicious Circle members that emerged during the Gang War that raged to determine a new leader after the death of OverLord. He was present in the Freak Outpost bar for much of the conflict but was soon out on missions with his colleagues. Evil Eye was one of dozens of villains that were shrunk down by Dragon using a Martian weapon, leaving him in a diminutive state for a couple of years.

Many years have passed since that but Evil Eye remained in the Vicious Circle for all of this time. He was present during the fight at the White House that was waged between Dragon’s army of allies and CyberFace’s loyal followers. Evil Eye was one of the few villains present during Virus’s murderous rampage, being murdered during the assault upon the Vicious Circle.
