History

LowBlow was a member of the Vicious Circle that had been incarcerated in Stronghold Penitentiary, attempting escape when a massive breakout took place. He was able to gain his freedom and became a member of the Annihilators. These rebellious villains took on a mission of removing OverLord from power and taking over the Vicious Circle.

This goal was eventually attained following the Gang War and LowBlow remained a loyal follower of CyberFace throughout his reign as leader of the Vicious Circle. He was later one of the legion of villains that Horde sent to kill Dragon, only for them to be shrunk in size by a Martian weapon. LowBlow remained in this state for a couple of years before returning to normal thanks to some scientist colleagues.

When Mister Glum enslaved humanity using the God Gun, LowBlow became one of the alien’s superhuman army and assisted in fighting against invading forces such as the Atlanteans and the dimension-hopping Fraternity. Mako later recruited LowBlow for his army that went after Solar Man but only those two survived the massacre of the Vicious Circle villains that followed.

As the years rolled on, it became clear that LowBlow was getting older and less able to take part in Vicious Circle activities. He was selected to become part of OverLord III’s Dragon Army, using a serum created from Dragon’s blood to rejuvenate several older super-freaks. LowBlow survived the fight between Emperor Kurr and the Dragon Army but was left hospitalised. When Kurr went gunning for OverLord, the medical area of the Vicious Circle was knocked down, killing the weakened LowBlow.
