History

Dr. Plucker is a doctor at Hillman Hospital that specialises in paranormals which has led him to cross paths with Dragon on numerous occasions. He first helped by reconstructing Dragon’s shattered bones following multiple encounters with the Fiend. Dr. Plucker also helped deliver Dragon and Rapture’s baby, Malcolm Dragon.

When the Possessor underwent radiation therapy, Dr. Plucker was instrumental in orchestrating the mutation. This enabled the Possessor to not only function but also enjoy augmentation. Years later, Dr. Plucker provided Mighty Man with a unit of Dragon’s blood to restore his negated healing factor, allowing Dragon to spearhead the rebellion against Mister Glum.
