History

Stephenson was one of the government officials that helped put together the Special Operations Strikeforce team following the Martian invasion. He worked closely with his assistant, Hawkins, as the team’s administrators. The pressure of his position caused Stephenson a great deal of stress, a problem that was not helped by Dragon being such an independent character for a leader.

When the world was taken over by Mister Glum thanks to a wish made with the God Gun, humanity was put to work trying to alter Earth so that it resembled Glum’s face. Stephenson became one of the foremen for this overly ambitious project. He aired his concerns over the work and was shot in the head by Angel Dragon as punishment., 194
