History

Phyllis Deeder was the best friend of Ann Stevens, the young nurse that went on to become the second Mighty Man. She was the first person that Ann shared her secret identity with and continually joked about her attraction to her friend’s male alter ego. Phyllis offered up her apartment as sanctuary for a recovering Dragon, after his first clash with OverLord. It was then used as the temporary headquarters of Freak Force.
