History
Baby Boom is something of a mystery in that no one really knows anything about him, other than he is a giant energy baby. He was part of PowerHouse’s inner circle when he ran a faction of the Vicious Circle and used his energies to empower the machinery created by Octopus and OpenFace.
When DarkLord was plotting to rid the world of superhumans, he invaded the Vicious Circle stronghold of Pipetown and abducted Baby Boom, casting aside any and all opposition in his way. Baby Boom was then used to power the new Nega-Bomb that involved spreading Negate’s power neutralisation abilities around the globe.
Baby Boom remained part of the Vicious Circle, remaining in the group that remained independent from CyberFace once he conquered the planet. Baby Boom fought alongside Dragon and his ragtag group of rebels that succeeded in overthrowing the king of the world. He remains with the Vicious Circle to this day.
