Tiger was the frequent partner and lover of fellow hero Sgt. Marvel and the pair would fight crime together through the 1970s. It was around this time that Solar Man suggested to Sgt. Marvel that the pair combine their efforts to take control of the planet. Between the pair of them he reasoned that they could rid Earth of all crime. When this plan was opposed, Tiger had her neck snapped so that she could not influence her lover.

Sgt. Marvel reacted by using the God Gun to not only wish Solar Man out of existence but also to resurrect Tiger. The reunited couple resumed their careers and were eventually brought on by the United States Government to act as trainers for the Special Operations Strikeforce, overseeing the development of several heroes.

Following the reign of CyberFace, the S.O.S. was reformed after a brief hiatus with Sgt. Marvel now in a leadership role. He was killed during a raid on a Vicious Circle stronghold and Tiger took over the role. She led the team briefly but when Mister Glum enslaved humanity, she became part of his superhuman army. Dragon managed to destroy the God Gun which had granted Glum his power and this destruction reversed all of the wishes made. Tiger exploded in a cloud of dust as her previous dead status was resumed.
