History
Mike Rotch was part of the Chicago Police Department when the Dragon arrived on the force. He remained on the force for years and was present at the precinct when a celebratory party was held to mark the return of Dragon. The police station was decimated by the OverLord armour when it was activated via remote control, killing all of the human officers inside.
