History
Shortly after the death of Debbie Harris, Dragon spent a lot of time drinking in bars. It was in one such bar that he was attacked by Johnny Nitro, leading to a fight that involved a number of other freaks. Hazard was one such villain involved, getting defeated before too long. He remained with the Vicious Circle and was seen at the Freak Outpost bar during the Gang War. Hazard joined an army of Vicious Circle members in opposing the Tyrrus Combine as the alien race invaded the planet. He was killed alongside numerous other villains as the Tyrraneans tore through their ranks.
