History
Ben Dover was one of many new recruits brought onto the Chicago Police Department when the Vicious Circle was undergoing their Gang War. He immediately struck up a friendship with Chris Robinson. Ben stayed on the police force for many years until he perished when OverLord’s photon blast was activated from afar, utterly destroying the precinct and all of the ordinary officers within.
