HISTORY
Harry Balzac was one of many new recruits brought into the Chicago Police Department during the Gang War. He remained within its ranks for several years (although there was a brief hiatus during CyberFace’s reign). Harry met his end when he was part of a team searching through the Danger Zone for a missing Angel Dragon. His neck was broken by one of the Rats.
