History
Jonah Smith was one of the first officers to befriend Dragon after his arrival on the Chicago Police Department. He remained on the force for several years and was still an active officer when Dragon returned to their ranks. Jonah was present when members of the Vicious Circle activated the empty OverLord armour to decimate the precinct and kill all of the human officers present.
