History
Livewire was one of many freaks that were captured by the Mutate Manpower Management Service (MMMS) and forced to serve as one of their slaves. She was liberated by Freak Force and forces gathered together by Chelsea Nirvana. Those released freaks became loyal follows of Chelsea as she attempted to take control of the Vicious Circle during the Gang War. When she was defeated by CyberFace, her army was inducted into the Vicious Circle as fresh recruits. Livewire remained with the Vicious Circle over the years and took part in a battle against the Tyrrus Combine, getting slaughtered in the process at the hands of the aliens.
