History
Phil McCracken was a member of the Chicago Police Department. He investigated the bank robbery performed by BrainiApe that was foiled by PowerHouse. Phil remained on the force over the years and when a party was held to celebrate the return of Dragon to their precinct, Phil was killed along with all of his colleagues when the remote controlled OverLord armour was activated.
