History
Waylon Wipple is a second generation member of the Vicious Circle as his father was Octopus. Along with a group of second generation members of the VC, they create a weapon out of the remains of the OverLord armor. He also lives with his mother and is in a relationship with Inferno Girl.
He is part of a group that tries to break the Cutthroat Kid out of jail, but the group is quickly defeated by Malcolm. They later move to Toronto with the other members of the VC during the negation of Chicago. He eventually gets powers similar to his dad with octopus tentacles coming out of his body. He later attacks Malcolm and his family where he dies after having his head bashed in by Jack Dragon.
