History
During the Gang War, Liberty & Justice arrived in Chicago and confronted Vandal as he ran through the streets. He dismissed the duo due to not recognising them but SuperPatriot showed himself and scared Vandal into surrendering instantly. Years later, Vandal joined Mako’s makeshift army of villains to confront Solar Man. He was one of the many criminals that were massacred in the ensuing battle.
