HISTORY

Eileen Ulick was one of the first officers on the Chicago Police Department to meet after Dragon joined the force. She was still in service when the hero returned to the force several years later. Eileen attended the celebration party held for Dragon’s return and was present when the OverLord armour’s photon blast was fired off via remote control. She died along with all of the other human officers present.
