History
Oscar was one of the many freaks that lived in Chicago’s underground, under the leadership of Rock. He was present when the city’s police department attempted to evict them from their homes. When violence broke out, Howard Niseman viciously beat Oscar into a bloodied mess, leaving him comatose for months. Oscar eventually woke up in Hillman Hospital surrounded by police officers. He panicked and opened fire with his powers, killing Officer Gary Carter before two other officers present shot him dead.
