History
Chester was the taxi driver that picked up Dragon, disfigured after being brutally beaten by the Fiend and left down a smokestack to heal incorrectly. The pair got to talking about Dragon’s past, relationships and position as a role model. Dragon valued Chester’s opinion and when Rapture proposed to him, he was one of those sought out for their opinion over what decision should be made. Chester was later asked to meet up with Dragon for lunch but was left babysitting Angel when Dragon instead took out Marcy Howard for a date.
Chester isn’t seen for years, and is next shown working in a bar that Dragon visits after he gets out of jail.
