History
Judge Coffin was the man who oversaw the trial of Dark Dragon after he had been arrested for trying to kill Dragon and some of his friends. He ultimately presided over the conviction of the evil counterpart. Years into his incarceration, Dark Dragon was awarded parole by Judge Coffin, largely in part due to the machinations of Ronald Winston Urass.
When Dragon is put on trial for his actions as Kurr, Judge Coffin is the judge that is presiding over the case.When Dragon is found guilty it is Judge Coffin who reads the sentencing of death to Dragon.
