HISTORY
Artillery was one of many members of the Vicious Circle that emerged during the Gang War that resulted after the death of OverLord that ultimately resulted in the reign of CyberFace. Artillery was present in the Freak Outpost bar during this skirmish. He showed up many years later as part of the Vicious Circle army led by OverLord III against the Tyrrus Combine. Artillery was one of the many to fall victim to the aliens.
