History
Mercy Rodriguez was part of the Chicago Police Department when the Dragon arrived on the force. She was interviewed by the media as they spoke with a number of his new colleagues to get their feelings towards him. She remained on the force for years and was present at the precinct when a celebratory party was held to mark the return of Dragon. The police station was decimated by the OverLord armour when it was activated via remote control, killing all of the human officers inside.
