HISTORY
Ned Kane was an officer within the Chicago Police Department that and he accompanied a group of his fellow officers to rescue Howard Niseman when he had been abducted by Octopus. Ned also served as a member of the S.W.A.T. team that Darren McCarthy insisted accompanies Dragon when he went to confront OverLord for the second time. Every last member of this unit were killed when OverLord fired off his photon blast, destroying the top floors of his own headquarters in a failed effort to kill Dragon.
