History
When Chelsea Nirvana assembled an army of freaks in preparation for taking control of the Vicious Circle during the Gang War, Indigo Hugh was one of those villains recruited. He bore witness to his leader’s defeat and then joined up with the Vicious Circle. Indigo High was later dispatched with dozens of his colleagues to kill Dragon but was shrunk by the hero using a Martian weapon, spending a couple of years in that state before eventual restoration by Vicious Circle scientists.
He is later murdered by Dart.
