History
FishFace was one of a legion of Vicious Circle members that debuted during the Gang War that was fought to determine their new leader. He was seen in the Freak Outpost bar for the majority of this skirmish before voting in CyberFace as their new leader. FishFace was later one of those villain shrunk by Dragon using a Martian weapon. He was later restored to normal size by Vicious Circle scientists. FishFace later took part in a counter-attack upon the invading Tyrrus Combine but this group of Vicious Circle members were slaughtered by the aliens.
