History
Crosseye was one of the new breed of Vicious Circle that was formed when SkullFace took charge of the organisation and rebuilt it following the defeat of CyberFace. He was present when Dragon led an army of heroes to attack the Vicious Circle to rescue his step-daughter, decimating the villains’ ranks.
When Buster Justice took over leadership, he dispatched a group of freaks to attack a visiting President Obama. Crosseye was part of this assemblage that was all soundly defeated by Dragon. It was later revealed that the Vicious Circle had sent these villains to act as a distraction so that a bank robbery taking place across the city could be carried out without any complications, making Crosseye something of a sacrificial lamb.
Later, when Dragon is sent to prison, Crosseye is seen as one of the inmates. Crosseye is one of the many super-freaks who brutally beat Dragon while in prison. However, Dragon is able to stick his finger straight under Crosseye’s jaw. He is later killed by Mako II during a fight
