History
Strongarm was the villain dispatched by OverLord to physically intimidate Frank Darling when the Vicious Circle was blackmailing him. He may have been the person responsible for the “accident” which saw Mildred Darling break her leg. Strongerm was later sent as part of a killing squad into the Chicago Police Department where Frank Darling got a measure of revenge by shooting the villain.
In the second reality that Dragon lived in, Strongarm still lived and was part of the Vicious Circle army that Mako assembled to confront Solar Man. During the ensuing massacre, Strongarm had the top of his head punched off by his intended victim in the early stages of the fight. Only two of the dozen villains present survived this assault.
