History
Osgood was the personal assistant to Ronald Winston Urass, working with him on his failed presidential campaign. Osgood is seen many years later in prison visiting Mako. Osgood plans on setting up a meeting between Mako and Dragon so Mako can kill Dragon as Osgood is upset over the fact that Dragon murdered Urass. Mako ends up failing in his attempt to kill Dragon so Osgood decides to take matters in his own hands. He becomes the new Dread Knight and dons an updated armor.
He later attacks Dragon during an attak on Stronghold Penitentiary, but is shot in the chest by a blast gun used by Lorella. This causes his chest to become exposed, allowing Dragon to punch through his heart, killing him.
