History
Dick Hertz was an officer for the Chicago Police Department and was present when Dart arrived to join the force. He served with the police for many years, only stopping when the force was scattered during CyberFace’s global rule. Dick was present when Dragon made his return to service but was killed when the precinct was blown up.
