History
Guillotine was an exotic dancer at Da Loose Caboose in Chicago. She was abused at an early age and was taught by her mother not to let men touch her. As she got older, she obtained a laser gauntlet that she wears to decapitate the men who touch her. An attempt was made to frame Jennifer Murphy for all the murders committed by Guillotine, but she confessed after she was apprehended by Officer Dragon.
