HISTORY

Goofball was but one of many freaks that were recruited into the Vicious Circle when Buster Justice was in charge. When OverLord III apparently killed Dragon and brought his corpse to their headquarters, the corpse was actually the monster Virus. Virus escaped and went on a killing rampage with Goofball one of his victims.
