History
Officer Dee was one of the police officers that responded to a call regarding a monster that had apparently been found in the basement of a farm in Dekaulb, Illinois. This was the family home of the woman who would become Horridus. Dee was likely killed when the OverLord armour was used to wipe out the police precinct where Dragon was stationed, although he may have passed away before that due to his age.
