History

Aquatic was a member of the Vicious Circle that had been apprehended shortly after the return of Dragon to the Chicago Police Department. He was still being held in custody when the recovered OverLord armour came under the remote control of Octopus and OpenFace. They fired off the suit’s photon blast that decimated the entire police station and killed everyone inside, except Dragon. Aquatic was one of dozens of victims.
