History
Back when Chicago had been ravaged during the reign of CyberFace, a number of its citizens sought out augmentation from the Creator. This villain’s gift made him a valuable resource to the population, a position that was soon shared by the Power Broker. This villain’s touch had the same effect upon those he came into contact with and he quickly made a reputation for himself.
The Power Broker avoided detection for some time and when Mister Glum took control of the planet, he headed to Seattle and made that city his new home. Dragon travelled to Seattle in search of his missing wife and ended up teaming with Prism and the Centurions against the Power Broker and his minions. During the resulting clash, Prism was briefly possessed by the sorcerer N’taka who used the hero to shoot the Power Broker dead.
