History
Leroy Jones was a member of the S.W.A.T. team that Darren McCarthy insisted accompany Dragon when he went to confront OverLord for the second time. Every last member of this unit were killed when OverLord fired off his photon blast, destroying the top floors of his own headquarters in a failed effort to kill Dragon.
