History

Doctor Frankenstein is a mad scentist who is conducting experiments in an undisclosed village. The villagers hire Powerhouse and Flash Mercury to deal with him. His minions are able to kidnap Powerhouse’s girlfriend Fever, however he is quickly defeated when he causes his castle to explode, killing himself.
