History
Shortly after Dragon had returned to the Chicago Police Department, he performed a raid on a brothel run by the Vicious Circle. He battled against a number of super-powered prostitutes which included Devil Doll. She was defeated with relative ease before being taken away by the police. They later die during a large scale battle where the building they are in collapses on them.
