History

After Dragon was possessed by the Wicked Worm and sent on a rampage through Chicago, Alex Foley was one of the people affected by the destruction. He was inspired to become a police officer and joined the force. When CyberFace took control of the planet and left Chicago devastated, Alex fled the city to Elgin.

When the city was later rebuilt and the Chicago Police Department was restored, Alex returned to the force. He was serving with the police when Mister Bug was attempting to make a name for himself in order to join the Vicious Circle. Alex was transformed by the Bug Belt into a fly before getting swatted by the villain.
