History

Niles was a rejected member of the Vicious Circle, cast out by Buster Justice and the criminals that worked alongside him. He felt betrayed by this act and sought revenge, using his pet worms to try and eliminate his former comrades but the Vicious Circle fought alongside the freaks that work at the Rock House Diner to thwart his schemes. Niles was defeated when Gina Manning cut down the diner sign on top of him and possibly crushed him to death.
