HISTORY
BodyCount initially rose to prominence by participating in the massive breakout from Stronghold Penitentiary that occurred shortly after the arrival of Dart to Chicago. He managed to make his escape then and was available when OverLord dispatched an elite group of killers to the Chicago Police Department to try and eliminate CyberFace.
All of these villains were apprehended and BodyCount was sent back to prison. When CyberFace seized control of the Vicious Circle, he used his powers to allow many super-powered criminals to riot at Stronghold. BodyCount was gunned down by SuperPatriot during the resulting melee.
Many years later, Billy Berman stole the Mighty Man powers from Ann Stevens and used them to wage a war on crime. BodyCount was one of many supervillains imprisoned in the merciless hero’s own makeshift prison. When these criminals mounted an escape, Mighty Man decapitated BodyCount.
