History
Parker is a member of the Uglies Unlimited who is first seen with his girlfriend when the Vicious Circle are looking for Malcolm. Once Malcolm get the antidote from Bellco he gives it to Zelda and and Parker who turn back to normal. He turns out to be a small person once he reverts back to his human form.
