History

Cement Man went on a rampage in Detroit which was opposed by the city’s premiere protector, Kill-Cat. He failed to stop the villain but when the Kid Avenger arrived from the far future, he aided his fellow hero. Cement Man’s head was incinerated, leaving him to be taken away by the authorities, confident that his head would grow back.
